Sealed bids will be received by the Belmont County Board of Commissioners at the Commissioner’s Office, Belmont County Courthouse, 101 West Main Street, St. Clairsville, Ohio 43950 until 11:00 A.M. (Local Time), Wednesday, October 22, 2025 for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment and other incidentals and all tasks necessary for Belmont County Engineer’s PROJECT #25-12: SALT STORAGE BUILDING, then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. This project is to provide design and construction for a permanent rectangular shape tension membrane covered truss-type building.
Copies of the Bid Package may be obtained at the Commissioners’ office between the hours of 9:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M. daily, Monday thru Friday. Bids will be accepted only from those bidders that obtain the Bid Package from the Commissioners’ office.
