Description

Notice of Intent to sole source to C2 Company for annual licensing for the BC Java libraries subscription to support continued operation of an existing system. BC Java libraries provide unique and exclusively licensing code source content for the software development of Office of Secure Transportation (OST) mission support systems and applications, and has been vetted through CyberSecurity. This is a follow-on contract as the incumbuent is C2 Company that has provided this subscription for the last three (3) years. See redacted Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition.
