Description:	This solicitation is being created for the procurement of plant mixed asphalt product containing various percentages of 25mm RAP material. This agreement will include Department Force pickup of material, vendor delivery of asphalt, and vendor hauling of millings. Under this agreement, the awarded vendor will also receive a total of approximately 1,500 tons of RAP millings delivered to the vendor’s plant nearest to the jobsite. This agreement will be used to support highway maintenance operations in Beaver County.
