Description:	The Contractor shall furnish all labor, insurance, equipment, materials and power for the complete performance of the following project, Water Pollution Control Plant Aeration Basin Diffuser Improvements Phase 2 as follows: The Work of this Contract contains upgrades to the West Aeration Basin Complex and is generally described as follows: 1.        Upgrades to the aeration diffusers and low pressure piping feeding Aeration Basin 7, 8, and 9; Owner to furnish aeration diffusers and flow control valves. 2.        Design of pipe support and thermal expansion system. 3.        Additional upgrades of wastewater treatment facilities including structural, electrical, and instrumentation and control.
