Proposals must be submitted electronically through the District’s bidding portal by August 13, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT. The names of submitting vendors will be made available at that time; attendance is not required.Please note:- Only electronic submissions via the bidding portal will be accepted. Proposals sent by fax, email, hard copy, or received after the deadline will not be considered. The anticipated award date is September 15, 2026.
