Quick Quote - Information Systems
Monthly Inspection (12) of the Liebert computer room air conditioner system and maintenance.
Contractor will service & inspect the HVAC equipment on a contract basis:

MONTHLY: Check/Adjust or replace blower belts (replacment belts extra)
Check liquid line sight glass, Check drains pans for proper drainage and clean as required, Check operation of condenser fans, Check
for proper operation of humidifiers

BIMONTHLY:  replace air filters using 40% efficiency filters

QUARTERLY:  Check operating pressures of refrigerant circuits

ANNUALLY;  Tighten electrical connections in unit control panels, clean condenser coils with pressure washer, lubricate fan and motor bearings, clean humidifier pans.

ADD ADDITIONAL FUNDS FOR EMERGENCY REPAIRS NOT TO EXCEED $3000.00.  All emergency work must beapproved by owner prior to service rendered.
