Description: The City of Lawrence is seeking qualifications from experienced and highly motivated professionals to serve as the Project Manager for the Municipal Vulnerability Program (MVP). River to Refuge: Tower Hill Waterfront-Río a Refugio: Tower Hill Frente al Río The selected consultant or firm will oversee the coordination, implementation, and administration of MVP-funded climate resilience initiatives. This includes managing multiple project components, contracting all necessary subcontractors, ensuring compliance with all grant requirements, and working collaboratively across municipal departments, external partners, and stakeholders.
