Rural Housing Development Director, Bob Marquez, is seeking

quotes for:

4 each Structurally Insulated Panel house kits.

Kits should be 24’ x 40” 3-bedroom 1 bathroom with loft.

Kit will have an arctic entry with covered deck.

SIPs panels will be made 6-1/2 thick “poly urethane foam with CDX

plywood sheeting R-44 insulation valve.

House kit must have Complete Structural, Plumbing, electrical and

foundation drawings including in the package.

House kit must meet AHFC 5star plus energy efficiency PUR101 &

PUR 102 standard.

House kits must be ready for delivery to Port of Anchorage NLT

April 30th 2026.
