Notes	The City of Georgetown is accepting sealed bids for the construction project: 2026 Street Maintenance Project Hot In Place Recycling (HIPR) Bid #202649 The project consists of furnishing, installing and providing all labor and materials required for approximately 130,000 square yards of hot-in-place asphalt recycling, edge milling, full depth HMAC repair, adjustment of water valves and manholes, tree pruning, traffic control, and miscellaneous striping. Plans, specifications and bidding documents may be secured beginning Monday, May 18, 2026. Bidding Documents are on file and may be examined at the following locations: • On-line via a file share link provided by KPA Engineers. Documents may be downloaded free of charge once the link is requested from KPA. It is the bidder’s responsibility to determine that a complete set of documents as defined in the Instructions to Bidders is received. • At the office of Kasberg, Patrick & Associates, LP; (512) 819-9478; 800 South Austin Avenue; Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidding Documents may be obtained upon payment to the Engineer, accompanied with a check in the amount of $100.00 per set, which is not refundable. Bids not accompanied by cashier’s check or bid bond will not be considered. Bidders should register on the City of Georgetown’s Ebid web site – https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx . The date, time and place for the pre-bid conference, if to be held, are specified below and in Section #00100, Instructions to Bidders. Bids may be electronically submitted throughthe City E-bid system accessible via City’s web site at https://gtowntx.ionwave.net/Login.aspx on or before June 2, 2026 at 2:00 PM and immediately thereafter publicly opened and read aloud. Questions regarding use of the E-bid System may be directed by email to: nicole.abrego@georgetowntexas.gov Sealed bids may be received by the City of Georgetown in the Georgetown Municipal Court, Purchasing Department, at 510 W. 9th Street, Georgetown, Texas 78626. Bidders submitting bids through the E-bid System shall scan and up-load a copy of their Bid Security (sealed Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier’s Check ) as an attachment to their electronic bid. Original documents for Bid Security will be requested by the City from the lowest two bidders and delivered to the City’s Purchasing Buyer within 48 business hours of the Bid Opening.
