Description: The City of Framingham is seeking proposals for Lock Box Services from qualified banking institutions with demonstrable experience in the municipal area. All banking institutions submitting a proposal must be familiar with and able to comply with all Massachusetts General Laws pertaining to municipal banking relations. Bid documents can be obtained electronically through the City of Framingham’s Bidnet  Direct portal on Wednesday, June 10, 2026 after 10:00 AM: www.bidnetdirect.com//cityofframingham Sealed proposals must be submitted electronically through the City’s Bidnet Direct portal system. Proposals submitted through any other means, such as mail, email or hand delivery, will not be accepted and will be rejected by the City as non-responsive. Proposals shall be submitted through Bidnet Direct and are due on Thursday, June 25, 2026 by 10:00 AM. The City reserves the right to reject any and all submissions, to waive any minor informalities and technicalities, or to cancel the bid if it were in the public interest to do so.
