Notes	This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued by the University of Minnesota Purchasing Services for the University of Minnesota West Central Research and Outreach Center (WCROC). This RFP is seeking responses from qualified Responders to furnish, deliver, and install turnkey grid-tied solar arrays (60 kW Total) for the University of Minnesota West Central Research and Outreach Center (WCROC). Respondents are prohibited from contacting the identified department about this RFP while in process.
