Watertown Middle School Architect/Design Services

The City of Watertown (MA) invites proposals from qualified individuals/firms for Architect/Design Services for the Watertown Middle School. Architect/Design services will initially include a feasibility study phase and a conceptual design phase. The selected architect may also be retained to perform the remaining design tasks including schematic design documents, design development documents, preliminary estimates of construction costs, and prepare/issue construction specifications and drawings for bid.
