Sealed bids will be received by the Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director of the City of Belton at The City of Belton Public Works Facility located at 700 Seabee Rd., Belton, Missouri, 64012 at the Administrative Building until 10:00 A.M., local time, on July 31, 2026 at which time bidding will be closed. All bids will be opened and read aloud. A late bid packet is one received after 10:00 a.m., local time, at the aforementioned time and place of bid opening. The decision as to the correct time for the openings shall be made by the Assistant City Manager/Public Works Director of the City of Belton and that decision shall be final. Bids received after the deadline date and time will be returned unopened. It shall be the responsibility of those submitting a bid to assure themselves that their bid has been received by the City of Belton. The project will be awarded to the lowest, responsive, responsible bidder after the aforementioned bid opening.
