The State of Rhode Island, Division of Purchases, is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to furnish and deliver milk, dairy products, and ice cream to State agencies and eligible entities statewide. This solicitation will establish a Qualified Vendor List and resulting Master Price Agreement (MPA) for these products. Qualified vendors may be invited to participate in a subsequent reverse auction pricing event.
