Description: The Town of Lincoln will accept quotes for Cable Access Station Management Services.  The term of this contract will be from July 1, 2025, through June 30, 2028. Also, there are two separate one-year extensions that may be included at the sole discretion of the Town. Town Administrator, pereirad@lincolntown.org Qualifications: •        Able to provide a full suite of audio-visual recording and communication services. •        Able to ensure ongoing, weekly processing and posting of virtual meeting recordings to Town CASTUS website. •        Experience and proficiency in PEG Management, Analog and Digital Cable Broadcast Transmitters, Video Fiber Transmission, CASTUS Playout Servers, CASTUS Cloud Services, CASTUS Stream Keys, Video Server Management, Zoom Account Management, Blackmagic Video Hubs. Video and audio recording equipment maintenance, live event audio/video recording and production •        Able to follow cybersecurity standards and industry best practices to ensure the integrity and security of town cable access platforms and resources. Special Requirements: •        Must assign one primary manager to perform all work, with the ability to expand capacity as noted below. •        A minimum of five (5) years' experience as a provider of public access station management services. •        At least three (3) references from Massachusetts cities or towns for this type of service. •        Able to record in-person meetings and events during daytime evenings, weekends, and holidays. •        Able to provide coverage, upon request, for Annual Town Meeting and other public events with a minimum of 4 weeks’ notice. •        Able to provide up to 6 additional audio / video personnel upon request.
