Description: Through this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) procurement process the Town of Wayland, acting through the Town Manager, invites qualified consulting firms from Massachusetts Department of Transportation (MassDOT) prequalified Engineering Consulting firms (the Consultant) to submit Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) to provide engineering, planning, and implementation services for the Route 20 corridor. The Town of Wayland, in accordance with M.G.L. c. 30B, § 1, is not required to follow statutory bidding procedures when soliciting engineering services, however in the interest of transparency and good governance, the Town will solicit a minimum of three written proposal submissions.
