All attendees must complete the Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement (“Waiver” – see Attachment F). The Waiver is per attendee, not per firm; therefore, each attendee must complete the Waiver in order to participate in the site visit. All questions asked during the walkthrough must be submitted to the Buyer of Record via email (JMclester@ouc.com).
