Scope of Work:

Earl Wooster High School - Work will include repairing 600 Linear Feet (LF) of damaged track surfacing and resurfacing 45,000 square feet (sq ft) of track with 5mm Plexitrack. Also removing and replacing 15mm Plexitrack on runway.
Debbie Smith CTE Academy - Repairing 50 linear feet (LF) of damaged track surface and resurfacing 52,000 square feet (sq ft) of track with 5mm Plexitrack.

Sealed bids for the Track Repair and Rubber Overlay at Debbie Smith CTE Academy and Earl Wooster High School will be received by the Washoe County School District’s (WCSD) Purchasing Department located at the Brown Center 14101 Old Virginia Road, Room #0, Reno, NV 89521, until 2:00 p.m., (Local Time) on March 31, 2026. The bids will be opened publicly via a TEAMS Meeting at 2:30 pm (local time).

Due to access and coordination involved in this project we highly recommend that contractors walk the project site that we are making available.
