If hand delivered bids, it must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked: IFB-2026-080 -(2) BMW Motorcycles - Laredo Police Department The City of Laredo has established a local vendor preference ordinance 2018-O-175. All informal and formal Requests for bids for contracts will be evaluated with a 5% preference for local vendors.
