Description :
Within the Energy Recovery Facility, there are two incinerators which are the primary source of heat energy for a downstream boiler.   The evaporator is the primary heat exchanger, and the economizer is the secondary heat exchanger.  The tube elements within the economizer have developed leaks due to erosion and the corrosive effects of the flue gas, and the sidewalls of both the evaporator and economizer have experienced ongoing maintenance.  This contract is for the replacement of a portion of these tube elements and sidewalls.
