Project Description: The Maryland Environmental Service is soliciting competitive sealed bids from qualified Contractors to provide work on Cell 5 that consists of installing temporary erosion and sediment controls, site preparation, excavation; hauling and placing structural fill, select clay, cover and topsoil materials.
