The Town of Dauphin Island Alabama, is soliciting proposals from qualified contractors for Post ? Disaster Substantial Damage Assessment. Sealed proposals will be received at Town Hall, 1011 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin Island, Al, 36528 until 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Friday, March 13, 2026, and then publicly opened. All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the RFP document. Proposers must be authorized to do business in the State of Alabama. Proposal documents will be on file and may be seen in the Town Clerk's Office of the Town of Dauphin Island at Town Hall, 1011 Bienville Blvd., Dauphin Island, AL 36528 or requested by email at wsandagger@townofdauphinisland.org.

In addition, non-residents of the State, if a corporation, shall show evidence of havingqualified with the Secretary of State to do business in the State of Alabama.Proposals shall be enclosed in sealed envelopes or packages, addressed to Town Clerk, WandaSandagger, and labeled on the outside "Post Disaster Substantial Damage Assessment" along withCompany name.The Town of Dauphin Island reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
