6100019609 Food Service and Retail Concessions for SAT

This RFP will provide the City’s Aviation Department with concession packages for multiple food & beverage, and retail spaces throughout the new Terminal C at the San Antonio International Airport. The City intends to award approximately 37,174 square feet of concession space for the lease, operation, management, and/or sublease of concession operations. The RFP will consist of four concession packages, including two food and beverage, one retail package, and one duty free package.

Pre-Submittal Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m., Central Time, on July 28, 2026, in-person at the Airport Center, Boeing Conference Room (3rd floor)10100 Reunion Pl, San Antonio, TX 78216. Attendance at the Pre-Submittal Conference is optional, but highly encouraged.
