Overview

Summary

Install a decorative quartz floor system on 1,760 square feet of floor surface.

The installation process includes the following steps:

• Mechanical floor preparation Includes repairing defects in the existing floor.
• Installation of 3 coats of Sherwin Williams brand, Resuflor 3760 multi-purpose epoxy Includes quartz broadcast into the first 2 coats Color: Ocean Waves.
• Installation of 504 linear feet of 4” integral cove base Color: Ocean Waves.
• Installation of 1 Sherwin Williams brand, Resutile HPS100, 4641 gloss urethane top coat.
• Daily cleanup, and removing work related material & debris from work areas to a general contractor provided dumpster.
• Concrete repairs not included.
• Installation will be done on the existing pitch/slope of the concrete substrate.

Contractor to provide all heating needs to complete the project.
