This Invitation for Bids (IFB) provides interested Bidders with sufficient information to prepare and submit bids for consideration by Indiana University of Pennsylvania (University) to provide snow removal and winter maintenance at its satellite campus in Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania. The University is requesting firm, fixed pricing for a three (3) year contract with two (2) optional one (1) year renewals in any combination designated by the University.
