The Village of Streamwood is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the 4B Lift Station.  Bids are due no later than 2:00 P.M. on September 9, 2025, at 565 S. Bartlett Road, Streamwood, IL  60107.

All bidders must comply with all applicable Illinois laws including the requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all contractors working on public works.  Bidder must comply with the Illinois Statutory requirements regarding labor including Equal Employment Opportunities Laws.

The scope includes the rehabilitation and improvements of the 4B Lift Station, located at 1101 East Avenue, which includes pump and control panel replacement, steel wet well and valve vault lining, mechanical reconstruction (piping, valves, meter), new electric service, new generators, pavement and landscape restoration, and other related and incidental work.
