WASTE MANAGEMENT PLANNING, DEVELOPMENT,

AND IMPLEMENTATION SERVICES

RFP No. NE26-01

The Burbank-Glendale-Pasadena Airport Authority is requesting

proposals from highly qualified, experienced and licensed firms to

provide Waste Management Planning, Development, and

Implementation Services for the Airport – RFP No. NE26-01. RFP

documents can be obtained directly from PlanetBids at

https://www.planetbids.com/portal/portal.cfm?CompanyID=21910.

Proposals shall be submitted electronically via the PlanetBids

portal no later than 4:00 PM on December 22, 2025. Late, emailed,

faxed, or hand-delivered submissions will not be accepted.

A mandatory in-person pre-proposal Site Visit will be held on

December 1, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Please meet at the PMO Office

located at 3061 N. Hollywood Way, Burbank, CA 91505.

Any inquiries/communications shall be to the exclusive attention of

Brett Jorgenson through the PlanetBids portal. No questions or

requests for interpretation related to the RFP will be accepted after

5:00 PM, December 8, 2025.
