The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor, materials and equipment for the reconstruction of the existing concrete roadway, installation of subdrains, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, topsoil, sodding, and erosion control.
Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.
