Instructions for Bidder: Sealed bids for the above-described property are due January 21, 2026 at 10:00 AM, Central Standard Time, at the office of the Winston County Board of Education, P.O. Box 9 / 25101 Highway 195, Double Springs, Alabama 35553. Bids may be mailed or hand-delivered. Bids must be in the Board office by the date and time listed above. Late bids WILL NOT be accepted. The Board has the right to reject any or all bids.

IMPORTANT:

• Bids must be made on the Board’s Bid Submission Form, attached.
• Please list the bid number (26-006) on the outside of your sealed bid.
• Vehicles will be available upon board approval of the winning bid.

The Winston County Board of Education will accept sealed bids for the purchase of the following

Minimum Bid Amount: $35,000.00

Instructions for Bidder: Sealed bids for the above-described property are due January 21, 2026 at

10:00 AM, Central Standard Time, at the office of the Winston County Board of Education, P.O. Box

9 / 25101 Highway 195, Double Springs, Alabama 35553. Bids may be mailed or hand-delivered. Bids

must be in the Board office by the date and time listed above. Late bids WILL NOT be accepted. The

Board has the right to reject any or all bids.

warranties expressed or implied. Buyers should carefully verify property and bid accordingly. Seller

reserves the right to establish a minimum price, to accept any bid, or to reject any and all bids that the

Seller deems not to be in the best interest of the Seller, or to withdraw the property at any time prior to

the announcement of the completion of the sale.
