Notes	The County of Boone hereby solicits formal written proposals from qualified organizations for the provision and delivery of services that are eligible for funding pursuant to the Opioid Addiction Treatment and Recovery Fund. Programs must support the needs of people with Opioid Use Disorder and any co-occurring Substance Use Disorder or mental health condition who are involved in and/or are transitioning out of the criminal justice system through evidence-based or evidence-informed program or strategies. This RFP solicitation seeks proposals addressing the needs of individuals involved in the criminal-justice system by fulfilling Section 1-D.4 and 1-D.5 of the Approved Uses for Opioid Remediation. The County utilizes the Boone Impact Group’s (BIG) Foundant funding management system through which proposals in response to this Request for Proposals must be submitted . Do NOT submit proposal responses through this Ion Wave system . Request for Proposals may be downloaded from this request under the Attachments tab.
