The selected consultant shall serve as the lead design professional and coordinate all disciplines necessary to deliver a complete, bid-ready project. Phase I improvements include: Multi-use sport court, ADA-accessible pedestrian pathways and connections and integration of the previously designed skatepark The project is partially funded through the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) and all applicable federal and state requirements shall apply.
