The Proposal including the Form 590, Payee Data Form, Bidder’s Security, and any other required documents shall be submitted through Quest.

Description:	The project is located in the South Lake Tahoe, Camino, Somerset, Pilot Hill and El Dorado Hills areas of El Dorado County, CA. The Work to be done is shown in Exhibits A, B, C, D and E and generally consists of, but is not limited to: The removal and replacement of hot mix asphalt roadway sections, raising and lowering of iron and, placement of grindable geosynthetic pavement reinforcing fabric, and curb and gutter repairs. Other items or details not mentioned above, that are required by the Contract Documents must be performed, constructed, or installed. All work within the roadway for Bid Schedules A and B shall be completed prior to June 30, 2025, Schedules D and E shall be completed prior to July 31, 2025 and Schedule C should be completed prior to 9/1/25.
