Category: Construction - All Construction Status: Open Bid Recipient: City Of Grants Pass - City Recorder Description: The City of Grants Pass is soliciting proposals from qualified, licensed elevator contractors to modernize one (1) existing two-stop hydraulic passenger elevator originally installed in 1975 by Otis Elevator Company at Grants Pass City Hall.
Rated capacity: 2,500 lb Goal: Achieve full compliance with the 2024 Oregon Elevator Specialty Code, deliver a reliable, accessible, energy-efficient, safe, and modern passenger experience, and extend service life by 20–25 years.
Project May Contain the Following Components but is not limited to: Hydraulic Cylinder/Jack Replacement; Control & Drive System; Door Equipment; Car Interior; Hoist way & Safety Devices; Electrical & Miscellaneous; Possible Alternates; and a 5yr Maintenance Contract.
