Description: Request for Proposal - Custodial Services Peters Township is seeking bids for a two-year Custodial Services contract, with an option to extend it to a third year.  The contract covers 6 buildings with an approximate square footage of 90,500.  There is a mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 at 9:30 AM at the Peters Township Municipal Building (610 East McMurray Road, McMurray, PA 15317).  Proposals will be accepted at the Municipal Building until 2:00 PM on Monday, February 17, 2025.  All proposals must be in a sealed envelope and marked “CUSTODIAL SERVICES”.  Request for proposal packages can be obtained by e-mailing For security reasons, you must enable JavaScript to view this E-mail address. .
