Reference is made to the above-mentioned project. The following addition has been made:

1. SP6 R25, Price Adjustment – Asphalt Binder for Plant Mix, was inadvertently

omitted from the proposal. Please add the attached sheet as page R-3A in the

proposal.

This sheet and attachments shall be made a part of the plans and bid documents and shall

be submitted with the bid. Bids submitted without the addenda and attachments will be

considered non-responsive.

Price adjustments for asphalt binder for plant mix will be made in accordance with Section 620 of

the Standard Specifications.

The base price index for asphalt binder for plant mix is $732.50 per ton.

This base price index represents an average of F.O.B. selling prices of asphalt binder at supplier's

terminals on May 1, 2026.
