Description: The Commissioners of Cambridge seek qualified contractors to replace five (5) windows and related work at the Municipal Building at 307 Gay Street.  Details are included in the attached Request for Proposal. A pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday, June 25th at 2 pm at 305 Gay Street with a project site visit to follow the meeting. Responses are due by Thursday, July 11, 2026 at 11 am to the Department of Public Works building at 1025 Washington Street, Cambridge, MD. This project is being funded by Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development (DHCD). The City of Cambridge reserves the right to reject any and all bids and/or to waive informalities or irregularities as it may deem best for its interest.
