Formal Bid 25-B26-24: West Valley Elementary School Roof Replacement

• Scope of Work: Replacement of existing built up and modified bitumen roofing on buildings A, B, & E with Owner Supplied single ply roofing materials. The work will include removal and disposal of the existing roofing and flashings, new insulation, sheet metal flashings, and new single ply roofing system at West Valley Elementary School.
• Mandatory Bid Walk: Thursday, March 27 @ 10:15 a.m. at West Valley Elementary School
• Contractor License required: Roofing Contractor C-39
• Prequalification required: If you are not currently approved on Quality Bidders for Cupertino Union School District, please go here to submit application.
• Engineer's Estimate: $1,000,000.00
