The bid envelope will be plainly marked: " Mosquito Surveillance & Ground Dispersal Spray Services" Project #3626 The City Council of the City of Minot reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract as it deems to be in the best interest of the City of Minot. Bidders are invited to be present at the City Clerk’s office for the opening of bids.
