The City of Fort Worth intends to construct an approximately 22,000 to 30,000 square foot library with planned expansion. The space should be inclusive of community rooms, storage and multipurpose spaces. The selected firm will provide services, including developing the program, creating architectural and engineering designs, audio visual and Security drawing coordination in collaboration with City Information Technology staff, estimating and compiling budgets and recommending furniture, furnishings and equipment.
