Phase 2 (P48)	MASSACHUSETTS CONVENTION CENTER AUTHORITY ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS BOSTON CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER Interior Expansion Joint Repair – Phase 2 (P48) The Massachusetts Convention Center Authority (the "Authority") will receive sealed general bids for the BOSTON CONVENTION & EXHIBITION CENTER Interior Expansion Joint Repair – Phase 2 (P48) at the Administrative Offices of the Authority at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts 02210, until 12:00 p.m. local time on March 5 th , 2025 immediately after which, in a designated room, the general bids will be opened and read publicly. This project includes providing all labor, materials and equipment necessary to provide repairs for interior expansion joint repairs at 8 locations, all as more fully set forth in the Drawings and Notes. A pre‑bid conference will be held at 10:00am on February 19 th , 2025, starting at the North Plaza in front of the BCEC located at 415 Summer Street, Boston, Massachusetts. The pre-bid conference will be followed by a walk-through of the site. Questions or requests for information, clarification or interpretation of the bidding documents must be submitted to bflynn@massconvention.com in writing in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders and must be received no later than 5:00 p.m. on February 26 th , 2025.
