Overview

Summary

The Solano County Probation Department is soliciting proposals from qualified individuals or agencies to provide comprehensive Substance Use Disorder (SUD) treatment and support services to Adult clients. The purpose of this RFP is to seek proposals from providers who specialize in evidence-based treatment modalities for individuals suffering from substance use disorders, and to assist in substance use prevention, treatment, and recovery in order to reduce the impact of substance use and addiction on individuals, families and communities.

Background

Solano County Probation supervises adults who have been placed on probation by the Criminal Justice Court; some re-entering the community from prison or local jail commitments, generally with moderate to high-risk substance use. Clients reside throughout the County, with the majority residing in the larger cities of Fairfield and Vallejo. Caseload assignment is based on risk level which allows Probation to focus on intensive supervision levels.
