Notes	The City of College Station is soliciting proposal(s) for its disposition of real property located at 2700 Wilderness Drive South in College Station, TX for the purpose of affordable housing by interested and qualified entities. The property was acquired and received limited renovation with the use of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program funds issued by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). It is the intent of the City of College Station to select one agency’s proposal that best demonstrates the ability to accomplish objectives and supportive services outlined in the City’s PY 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan as well as other City planning documents. This property will be utilized to provide shelter and potential supportive services to income qualified beneficiary households to achieve one of the three national objectives of the CDBG Program and the City’s commitment to expand affordable housing opportunities for its low to moderate income citizenry. The City will ensure the long-term and continued preservation of the property’s affordability through deed restrictive terms, conditions and covenants
