Description

Separate, sealed bids for Demolition of 127 N Oates Street Office Building and Parking Lot, will be received by the Purchasing Division, at Attention: Purchasing, P.O. Box 2128, Dothan, AL 36302, and at 126 N. St. Andrews Street, Suite 213, Dothan, AL  36303 until 1:30 P.M., Tuesday, April 8, 2025 , and from 1:30 to 2:00 p.m. in the City of Dothan, City Commission Chambers (Room 203), and then publicly opened and read aloud.

The work consists of mobilization, demolition and disposal of all material, backfill, site safety, clean up, traffic control, and site stabilization. Also included is the restoration of the area to a stable uniform ground surface by grading and grassing of the site. The structure is a multi-story brick building, and a concrete parking lot located at 127 N. Oates Street. The contractor shall perform work in a manner to maintain the integrity of all nearby and adjacent structures and utilities.
