Description: Scope of Work – Electrical Services (T&M) Provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals on a time and materials basis to perform Electrical work for the fire station project as directed by the construction manager or its staff. Scope may include, but is not limited to, rough-in and installation of conduit, wiring, boxes, devices, lighting, controls, panels, disconnects, and related components, as well as modifications, additions, troubleshooting, and coordination with other trades. All work shall be performed in accordance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements. Labor and materials shall be tracked and billed at agreed-upon rates, with detailed daily reports submitted documenting personnel, hours worked, tasks performed, and materials used.
