Sole source contract to SICE, Inc

Contract summary

The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) contemplates awarding a sole source contract to SICE, Inc. to upgrade the current SCADA software to a modern version compatible with SR 99 Tunnel operations, and provide maintenance and support for both the existing system during the transition period and the new system on an ongoing basis.
WSDOT requires replacement of the outdated application suite, SIDERA, and the unsupported Windows Server 2012 operating system with a modern solution that ensures uninterrupted, safe, and reliable transportation operations, and runs on WSDOT-owned server infrastructure.
