Description: The Town of Apex is requesting Statements of Qualifications (SOQ) for professional and engineering services for the design and construction of a permanent stage with a roof, pivoting wood slat wall, conditioned storage, unconditioned storage, and ramps with lighting and sound options. The intent of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to solicit a SOQ from architectural firms qualified and interested in the project. The Town of Apex plans to select a firm to design and produce construction documents, provide estimates, and perform construction administration services for the project using the Design-Bid-Build delivery method.
