NOTICE TO BIDDERS

The Town Board of the Town of Chester, Warren County, NY does hereby invite sealed bids with an offer to purchase:

• One (1) 2014 Wells Cargo Trailer. Minimum bid $3,000. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked "2014 Trailer Bid".
• One (1) 2013 Ford F250 Pickup Truck. Minimum bid $4,000. All bids must be in a sealed envelope marked “2013 Pickup Bid”.

Items can be seen at the Town of Chester Transfer Station, Landfill Road, Chestertown, NY 12817. For additional information or questions, contact Brett at 518-494-3952.

Bids will be accepted by the Town Clerk, PO Box 467, Chestertown, NY or in person at 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY until August 11, 2025 at 1:00 pm. All bids received pursuant to this notice will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Clerk’s Office at 6307 State Route 9, Chestertown, NY on August 11, 2025 at 1:00 pm.

The Town Board of the Town of Chester reserves the right to reject any or all bids offered.
