Description

The CONTRACTOR shall provide the planning, material coordination, schedule preparation, labor, supervision, materials, tools, apparatus, equipment, conveyances, mobilization, and demobilization as necessary to line the existing five foot (5’) x five foot (5’) double barrel reinforced concrete box culvert with a 54-inch circular welded steel pipe and grouting of the annulus. The work also includes minor grading and installation of riprap/rock entrance and outlet protection, seeding, and reclamation of all disturbed areas.  The project is located on the Keystone Canal, approximately 11 miles northwest of Paxton, Nebraska.

A non-mandatory Microsoft Teams meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at 10:00 a.m. CST, November 25, 2025.

The purpose of the meeting will be to review the Contract specifications and to answer any questions or clarifications the Bidder may have concerning the Contract requirements. It is the Bidder’s responsibility, while participating in the meeting, to ask any questions necessary to understand the requirements of the Contract so the Bidder can submit a bid that is complete and according to the specifications. It is highly encouraged that all prospective Bidders participate in this meeting.
