Overview

Summary

Sole Source request with Vector Airport Systems to enter revenue contract.

Background

The santa fe regional airport currently is using a temporary contract with Vector Airport Systems to bill and collect landing fees from incoming aircraft. Landing fees collected by Vector are expected to generate about $500,000 anually. The Santa Fe Airport will pay 22% of collected fees to vector which is typically taken out of the disbursement amount prior to disbursing revenue to SAF. The contract will be written as a 4 year contract and is not expected to exceed compensation of more than $110,000 annually.

Landing fees are collected by using a network of more than 120 aircraft indemnification cameras across the US that assist with positively identifying aircrafts. Vector, to the best of their knowledge and ours, is the only company that offers all in one, automated, integrated billing & collection services.
