SummaryPurpose of the Request for Information (RFI)
Dane County's Alliant Energy Center (AEC) Master Plan identifies areas designated for future mixed-use development. Dane County is seeking insight from the development community on potential uses and market considerations for these sites. Input received through this RFI will be used to shape a formal Request for Proposals (RFP) for a development partner, which Dane County expects to release in Q3 of 2026.
Input is requested in response to the provided RFI Questions located within Attachment A - Vendor Questionnaire; no plans or concept submittals are desired.
A summary presentation of the RFI responses will be prepared that will aggregate the input and not attribute specific responses to individual respondents. Responses will have no impact on the respondents’ ability to participate in a future RFP process.
After reading the Project Overview and Scope of Work section, navigate to the Attachments tab and download Attachment A to view and complete the RFI questionnaire. The completed document should be saved and then uploaded to Section 1.1 of the Vendor Questionnaire section within your OpenGov response.
